While on the server I found a BlackGrowlmon with near-ish max stats, and attacked it with my max stat VictoryGreymon at full health and nearly lost

My VictoryGrey's stats/health

The BlackGrowl's

This seems a little unbalanced in my opinion, though if it's not feel free to go ahead and remove this. Just wanted to bring it to attention just in case.

Nope. It was a normal one. And bosses I believe only get stronger after killing and leveling up, unless it's been changed since the last time I checked

This happens. both have low health, but the BlackGrowlmon has lower health. if you had kept going you would have beaten it, but have low health

I dunno, I've noticed that things seem a bit off whenever I fight with my max stat MetalGarurumon as well. His health has been easier to wear down than it was before the reset; he can't take as many hits from even low level digimon in say the Mudlands & Highlands. I have actually been avoiding higher level places because I am still afraid of losing it.

That might be because the max stats were lowered

It seemed like the BlackGrowlmon was doing about as much damage than VictoryGrey.
Considering VictoryGrey is Vaccine and BlackGrowl is Virus, VictoryGrey should have been doing more, but at that point there, both were 1 or 2 hits from death, which does not seem right to me given the fact that Victory had more HP, higher stats, and type advantage (though I'm not sure how big of a part that plays if any).
